Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept many forms of payment such as cash, personal check, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, ScratchPay and Care Credit.
We will provide a treatment plan with anticipated charges for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
